Sunglasses Giveaway Contest Rules

  1. Must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older to enter.
  2. One prize winner selected after April 8, 2024.
  3. Winner will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
  4. Ragsdale & Martin Optical, Inc. will not be held responsible for any accident, which may occur during the contest or thereafter.
  5. Some restrictions apply, and Ragsdale & Martin Optical, Inc., reserves the right to discontinue or restructure this contest at any time.
  6. You may enter one time during the contest at ragsdalemartin.com.
  7. The “Solar Eclipse Mike & Maritn Sunglasses Giveaway” promotion is an area sweepstakes by Ragsdale & Martin Optical. A total of one (1) person will win a pair of Mike & Martin sunglasses to be selected solely by Ragsdale & Martin Optical, Inc. One (1) drawing will occur after April 8, 2024. Winner will be contacted by email and phone based on the contact information provided by the winner on their entry form.
  8. Any contestant found to be in violation of these rules will be automatically disqualified. Decisions of Ragsdale & Martin Optical, Inc., and its personnel will be final.
  9. Awarding of the prizes by Ragsdale & Martin Optical, Inc., will be final.
  10. You must present proper identification at the time you pick up your prize. Prize MUST be picked up within 30 days of the winner being contacted.
  11. No purchase necessary to enter contest. Purchase does not increase odds of winning. Odds of winning will vary greatly depending on number of entrants.
